Do you realise that our business and plenty more around here can't function with the NMW at £10ph ? What would you advise I'm very worried
2/2 that small businesses will be worried and so will reevaluate business rates for small businesses and will adjust them down accordingly.

2/2 and as you know Corporation tax will increase by around 8-10% so that's another concern it seems very anti business and many will fail

Under the last Tory government the NMW was set to rise to £9.20 by 2020 this is expending that a little over 2 more years.

I assume the Tories have realised that is no longer sustainable I aren't against wages rising but should be means tested at the least

Hence why we have put into the manifesto for small business. Have a read of the manifesto it easy to navigate and will help.

Both parties are using this as a vote winner without speaking to small businesses a bit like the 4 extra bank holidays! That's another issue

Which will be welcome but comes nowhere near easing the pain of a 25% + increase in the NMW and a 10% increase in corporation tax

Andy corporation tax will revert down to the small business rate not increase. Also review the entire business rates this will help.
