Thanks ⁦⁩ for this episode and ⁦⁩ for Deep Nutrition. After 8y of relying on carbs to fill me in I went back to meat and saturated fat while waiting in A&E because of yet another sinus infection.

Changed the diet 3m ago, re-eating heavily meat and joining the fight against seed oil and sugar, these are the main changes I observed : 1) food is waaaaay testier, especially stews with meat on the bone 2) more mental energy to deal with the challenges and crap of everyday life

3) meals take less time and energy to plan and prepare 4) started eating 2 times per day as I am fuller for longer 5) stopped snacking and this killed all the junk snacks 6) lots of energy to exercise

7) I have more time for meaningful work or just thinking (a really unexpected outcome).  8) no more sinus infractions so far…
