After 8y of relying on carbs to fill me in I went back to meat and saturated fat while waiting in A&E because of yet another sinus infection.

Changed the diet 3m ago, re-eating heavily meat and joining the fight against seed oil and sugar, these are the main changes I observed :
1) food is waaaaay testier, especially stews with meat on the bone
2) more mental energy to deal with the challenges and crap of everyday life

Do you mind sharing specifically what a typical meal looks like for you?
Curious what kind of saturated fat you're talking about and how it helped replace carbs for you.

I stoppe all seed oil like sunflower with directly or in food such fries, cereals etc but you have to religiously read all labels as it is everywhere. Then I focus on butter, olive oil, ghee and goose fat.
