It’s impossible to fully convey the rage I feel when I think about the fact that there are over 500 children who were stripped away from their parents at the border and now haven’t seen them in years. I look at my two kids, imagining if it were them, and I almost want to explode.

And those kids and parents don't know when or if they'll see each other again

I have often thought that we are creating a generation of terrorists through this policy. We will pay for what we have done to these children and families.

Intentional evil. The trauma on these poor children is unthinkable.

That's what drives me nuts: I'd bet every last American adult can remember even relatively small childhood traumas that still affect them decades later. Yet we did this. The extent of the trauma we've done to these kids and the dispassion with which we did it are unfathomable.

I will never forget, when this started, and Chris Hayes said he thought he might pass out from anger, and that is exactly it.

I feel the same. I don't understand how anyone could do this - but especially parents.

Absolutely. Somebody took my kid away for 4 months and I almost killed that person. I've had a lot of bad stuff happen but having my kid taken was the closest I've come to going completely crazy. I feel so bad for these parents.
