Will cause no increase in ocean levels. Water expands when frozen. Ice shrinks when melted. Perhaps we will get to see all the ancient cities that were submerged under water.

You are close to knowing something, but got it wrong. If all this ice were floating you'd have a point: There would be no change. But it is lying on land. 1/40th of the earth is covered with a 2km layer of ice. 2000/40=50 metres of rise if all melts.
