He decided to commit a crime, which was robbery. He's served 40 years. He didn't kill anyone. He's not responsible for murders he didn't commit. Are you a republican?

"..to qualify as an underlying offense for a felony murder charge, the underlying offense must present a foreseeable danger to life..." It seems like his active participation in an armed bank robbery resulted in a just conviction of felony murder.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felony_murder_rule …

Being liable for felony murder isn’t the same as murdering someone. Y’all really can’t be this dumb.

What's truly stupid is conspiring to commit felony bank robbery and not anticipating that someone is going to get severely hurt or murdered. That's why there's liability for felony murder.

1/ OP claims "he murdered 3 people", which although a little ambiguous, does appear to encompass "felony-murder" https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/murder 2/
@leovirgoaries claims "He's not responsible for murders he didn't commit. ", which is clearly false, per the definition of felony-murder2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

He didn't commit a murder. He didn't kill anyone. Felony murder has the qualifier because it's not murder.
