    Great question for an AA Jamie, the short answer is we can't predict the future, so better to leave by "themes"

    Does taking the time to sit down/and plan out goals (a la ) actually help you be successful?

    I hear you Patrick, I love inversions, and headstand together with shoulder stand feel SO good when breathing slow!
