He's the second person to use spray in the video you tweeted (the first isn't wearing a vest), but does so *after* the crowd has moved back, then stalks through the crowd to go use spray on *another* crowd near the person the police had tackled on the sidewalk.

Yep. You can recognize him in almost every shot because he's the only officer I've seen wearing that bulletproof vest setup, as far as I can tell; I'm sure the riot cop staties did too, but other than that, he's real distinctive.
A quick google of “BPD Bicycle Unit Captain” shows that Captain Jack Danilecki oversees the bike unit. He looks similar to the officer in the photos & videos who pepper sprayed community members but obviously I’m not 100% certain.

The "bicycle unit" was the last Boston Police unit to use deadly force in Boston, I wonder if those officers were present?

This cop was definitely the leader of the bike cops that showed up at the Commons Saturday AM. He stood around for a minute then called the others together & gave orders to start unmasking. He was visibly rattled and unsettled. This is when things started going off the rails
