He was an amazing child actor - absolutely one of the best. He stole both movies as the irrepressible Wesley Winfield in “On Moonlight Bay” and “By the Light of the Silvery Moon.”

It is hard to believe that Billy Gray is 82. I will always think of him as a teenager. 🙂
