Thanks for reaching out. The availability of HD may take a bit longer than other resolutions depending on your video size, internet speed etc. You could try posting the video as unlisted, and changing the privacy settings.

The video was already in HD but when it premiered it was only 360p for everyone. I can’t unlist a video once the premiere has already started. I presume this was just a weird glitch. I always upload my videos days in advance. I have never had a problem before Thank you for trying

this happened to me while premiering my latest video and it was a total nightmare - the live chat replay is just people saying “360p???” over and over. there’s no indication whether or not your premiere is done fully processing anywhere in the product. it’s bad

At least I’m not alone in this. I uploaded mine days in advance so it should have processed and premiered in HD once the premiere ended suddenly HD was available
