Walmart order placed July 8, said to arrive July 12, Web site says it’s on the way, called today and told canceled/refunded July 15 bc lost.
@mjtsai Automated systems are like that. When a customer calls I always do a manual search on FedEx to be sure.

@ClarkGoble Different issue? Internal system said order was canceled/refunded, but the customer one says it was shipped. Shouldn’t happen. -
@mjtsai Yaah, that’s a mess. Bad ecommerce site software. They all suck, but some really suck.

@ClarkGoble Another said the item never even shipped because it was out of stock, yet the customer site shows UPS tracking w/ est. date. -
@ClarkGoble Also, the internal ones disagree. One said refunded issued in July; another said refund not yet given.
