    Since Jan 2017, Scottish councils failed to offer temp homeless accommodation to people 10,840 times. That's 10,840 times that the law has been broken, when people legally entitled to support have been illegally turned away. People already at crisis point. Shambles.

    The latest homelessness stats have been released, and show that homeless people's rights are being denied on an industrial scale.
