The 10 represented keeping the UK ‘whole’. The 7 are simply irrelevant.

SF were elected by people who wanted and knew they would abstain from Westminister. So whats the problem
-
The problem is SF's argument that their votes would make no difference.

Rightly or wrongly (different conversation entirely) , those who voted the Sinn Fein MP's into office knew they were voting in candidates who abstain - it will be interesting to see what (if any) impact the Brexit disaster does to that principle.
-
I accept fully SF voters have endorsed abstentionism but context of last Westminster was SF howling with derision at thought of NI MPs ever being the voting margin of error. Not sure everyone knew we weren’t getting an assembly back either. Third of pop completely marginalised

IRISH PEOPLE TOLD YOU LAST YEAR THAT THEY DO NOT WANT REPRESENTATION IN A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT. Why are still pedaling this nonsense? Who develops SDLP policy? This is literally killing your party, from the inside out.
-
1. This relates to Parliament not government. 2. The point being made relates to SF's argument in support of their abstention policy that their votes would make no difference. 3. It's 'peddling'.
