My apartment has already been broken into at Cape Cottages, I have seen only one single police car in the city of Wilmington, curfew is not working.
In response to looting in the area, an extended curfew is now in place for the block between 13th, 14th, Greenfield and Martin Streets. This curfew went into effect at 5 pm and will remain in effect until 6 am. The citywide curfew will run from 10 pm until 6 am.

Honestly people it’s not looting if people are getting food and supplies to survive which the government should have had already in place. Bravo to family dollar for telling police not to get involved.

I hope when the property owner goes to collect on their insurance, he/she is denied. Let’s hope the
