This is nonsense. You realize you can’t just magically opt out of an existing government, right? You don’t get to buy your way into deciding how people’s tax dollars are spent. You want to be in charge of allocating taxes? Cool. Run for office and get people to VOTE for you.
Can #CityofTelosa ever become self reliant for water? For 5M people? Vegas dried up all the reserves around... A water pipeline from the Ocean wouldn't be a positive model either.
