Can you confirm whether the San Jose shutdowns being delayed until 8pm like the Contra Costa County ones?
.@PGE4me has opened a Community Resource Center at Avaya Stadium (1145 Coleman Ave.) for those affected by the Public Safety Power Shutoff. It will be open 8a to 8p daily for the duration of the event. It will have info, water, charging stations & air conditioning. #PGEshutoff
