    National Weather Service has issued a tornado WATCH for Anne Arundel County (including Annapolis) until 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 29. Dangerous incoming storms could bring heavy rains, damaging winds and power outages. Stay safe out there!

    If you guessed, C (plates) in yesterday's , you got it right! The flimsy plastics on six packs and water bottles cases makes them difficult to recycle so we appreciate you throwing them in the trash.

    Updates from City Manager David Jarrell on city work to limit flooding impacts in downtown. This is the start of resiliency solutions Annapolis must tackle due to rising seas.

    Commentary: To go from 45 to 60 days per year with flooding events that close businesses, down to five or less per year is a significant improvement — just ask the businesses.
