Do yourself a favor and take a stroll through your childhood by visiting Klassy Klutter at 2137 S 4th. During the Teal Rd/Poland Hill/4th St intersection closure, there may be less traffic out front but they are still open Tuesday-Saturday 10a-5:30p and Sundays 10a-4p.

From June 1 to August 1, the intersection of 4th St and Teal Rd will be closed. The local detour is Kossuth to 9th to Beck and back to US25 to Teal. Please plan accordingly and make a point to patronize local businesses affected by the closure.

The Lafayette Fire Department held its annual Memorial Day Presentation at Station 5 on Creasy Lane on Monday, May 29. The solemn and dignified ceremony included a Last Alarm in remembrance of our firefighters who, after having served this community, are no longer with us.
