Claire O'Neill, sacked by Dominic Cummings on Friday from running the UK climate change conference in Glasgow, claims Johnson has provided net zero leadership. Britain fought hard diplomatically to run this conference as a sign of its post-Brexit engagement. Cannot afford this.

“My advice to anybody to whom Boris is making promises – whether it is voters, world leaders, ministers, employees or indeed, to family members – is to get it in writing, get a lawyer to look at it and make sure the money is in the bank.” (Claire O'Neill, former Tory minister)

Questioning and challenging is fine, but many of us feel, you have overstepped the mark with , and are creating a worrying echo chamber of people also attacking Greta and attacking the idea of man made climate change.

I was just discussing this on with if we don’t have right interventions & support that unpick the route cause then the risk will never reduce. It’s like substance misuse related crime, it needs specialist intervention to reduce risk 😊

At least we can all agree that it’s a relief never to have talk about Brexit again. What with it being ‘done’ & everything.

Downing Street briefings that the EU is “moving the goalposts” for a free trade agreement and is belatedly demanding that the UK should not be compelled to maintain standards on state aid, competition, workers rights and environment seems either flaky or deliberately designed...

Please could people not share images or video from the incident - for the sake of victims and so as not to identify plainclothes firearms officers. If you have information that could assist the investigation contact the police hotline on 0800 789 321.

Politics of grievance has helped us get where we are. The government needs a bogey man, they need to "other" people and institutions in order to stay on top. If I was an EU diplomat I'd say, "Sit wherever you like Bab, shall we get on with the task at hand." Ignore the nonsense

This is a most peculiar and misleading point - we have only so far entered a transition period - we are still in all EU regulation, trade, services, tariff and quota schemes until the end of the year - none of this - as presumably you know - would be affected.
