The acts of injustice against Black Americans — George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Christian Cooper, and countless others — must be a call to action. I feel a deep responsibility to listen, speak up and be part of the solution. 1/3

When will y’all be taking action and actually providing customer service? I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks and this was caused by the curfew!

I've received the worst customer service ever with Citi Bike! The app quit with no explanation, and when I called them I was on hold for half hour and they hung up on me. When I finally got a rep she couldn't explain the poor service and hung up on me also. What's the issue?

The clearest way for you stand against injustice, in the position that you are in, is to not cut off citibike service for thousands of essential workers and protesters, leaving people stranded. Your words, without action, are meaningless.

I'm an er physician who uses citibike, I'm appalled by your decision to shut off service 2 hours before curfew. Not just for myself and my fellow essential workers. There's 1000s of ppl protesting for the rights of our fellow citizens who are also being stranded by your actions.

If you were really taking action, you'd open your bikes up for NORMAL SERVICE to your paying customers who need to get around the city, not yanking the carpet out from under us when we need you the most.
