We’ve also enhanced our bike cleaning protocol. We’ve added valet services -- with associates who sanitize bikes as they are docked -- at high ridership stations near major hospitals.

Additionally, Citi Bike’s Field Bike Mechanics are cleaning each bike at every station they visit. And, bikes are disinfected every time they enter the depot or a valet, or are repaired in the field.
