I was notified of their new policy as of Jan 2018, if you are a primary challenger you cannot be verified until after you win the primary. This happened to me in 2018.

Also, it doesn't make sense why you're still not verified by Twitter. You ran as a candidate for office in your primary... you are a star of a Netflix special. Isn't it in the public interest to have your acct. verified?
