thank you for way of suggestion they asked for permission to use setting of tingleverse and i said this is okay and then they went off to make game. so far game is late and that is okay with me as man name of chuck if game never came out i would be upset but i am okay with late

This makes you and you're brand 100% accountable and part of this scam. YOU helped promote it by talking and tweeting about it and putting your name on it. YOU are 100% responsible and will be in court as well when people start to call in the lawyers

this is not correct once you sign contract to adapt your work you are only involved a certain amount mostly not at all this is just way of ADAPTION as steves king was not director of movies based on his books or in charge of release. do you have more question i can anwser?

yes this is me explainging way of tingleverse in order to adapt into game these are not characters for game they are buckaroos that already exist so if you were making new STARS WAR movie you would have someone tell you 'here is how hans solo works' but i did not make game

thank you as said in other replies this is was i have been saying whole time. i was asked about using TINGLEVERSE as setting and then sent messages about rules of tingleverse and then after that said 'okay go make game have fun' so yes this is what i have been saying whole time

That doesn’t make you less involved. Nobody is saying that you’re MAKING the game, but your name IS all over it. People gave money to Kickstarter on the basis of your name being on it. You owe backers an explanation as to what’s going on. “I’m not making a game” is deflection.

as has been said many times i do not know what is going on because i have never been making game i cannot give update on something i know nothing about. but as for update this has already occured today for backers of kickstarts so i am not sure what you mean by 'owe explination'

Asking a question isn’t harassment. I understand that there has been an update for backers. I’m trying to get you to understand that you cannot claim that you’re not involved when you allowed them to crowdfund money using your name. You’re not making it, but it is your game.

Okay, but if the original release date was February 2017, and we're not going into September 2018, how long until you reach the "yeah this isn't going to release" stage? Is 18 months late not long enough? Until yesterday, the last update on the game at all was Jan 1st.

as man of chuck i do not know much about video games so i am not sure but i have heard they take a very very long time so i think that is okay i would just like there to be more updates i think but taking long time seems to be part of this way do you not think so?

As someone who's been both a life long fan of video games and even spent several years of my life covering them professionally, the general rule is that if you're gonna delay your game, you update your audience, doubly for an audience that PAID for your game to be developed.
