On 1/19/16 Trump said at an Iowa Renewable Fuels Summit: "The EPA should make sure blend levels match the statutory level set by Congress." That level is 15 billion gallons. Pruitt should be working hard to make sure he isn't undercutting the president's support of ethanol. 2/2
