Infrastructure plan pays for 20%. States will pay for 80%. This means increase in state tax, public/private partnerships with toll roads and increased cost of trucking. The average citizen pays ALL the costs. Senator, this is not right.

Hart is there to speak of city’s (CR) flood infrastructure needs. These three are not there to speak of Iowa's needs. Hart (R) & Upmeyer (R) (couldn't find Pomeranz party affiliation). Iowans aren't all Republicans. Let's have all voices heard.
