My understanding is the "new & improved" privatized Medicaid is now twice as much in the red thanit was before. Care to explain?

This is why people fight so hard to keep Social Security and Medicare from being privatized. Every time a state privatizes Medicaid,

it winds up being worse for the people who need Medicaid the most.

Please do not repeal the ACA.
