If it weren't for the Reagan and George W. Bush tax cuts on multi-millionaires and billionaires, both their wealth and the national debt created by the cuts would be reduced by 2/3. We need a wealth tax cut to offset the massive debt created by the Reagan, Bush & Trump tax cuts.
