Why are House Democrats cutting House Republicans out of the process of developing Articles of Impeachment and not following same procedures used in Nixon and Clinton impeachments???? Seems like a political motivation not a constitutional one!!!

Another one that NOW wants the "process" and Constitution followed who didn't stand up for EITHER when people didn't show up for hearings, defied subpoenas, refused document requests, made baseless claims of privilege, and blocked complaints from going to Congress. Where were u?
