  Has it been signed? Even PM Justin Trudeau calls it NAFTA 2.0, which makes a lot of sense, since 90% of it is PLAGIARIZED/copied from the original w a few 'tweaks'. Iowans issues are the tariffs, and weather, not the trade agreements. @HouseDemocrats @SenateDems
