I'll admit I had never heard of EB5. Read a few articles (G'Ment site first). Currently, prior to any changes, a min. of $500,000 or $1M had to be invested. Now the min is $1.35M & $1.8M. I may be assuming some thing but if one has $1M, another 350K/800K is not going to matter.
