I look forward to you supporting the elected branch of Congress moving a bill to require states to design "Iowa-style" or other non-partisan U.S. House redistricting

Judges do not need to draw districts, but they can/should rule when districts violate established anti-gerrymandering rules.

This is not about judges making policy or redrawing maps; it’s about equal representation, the very basis of our representational government. The court ignored that. The GOP has perfected partisan gerrymandering, which is as antithetical to true democracy as racial gerrymandering

SCOTUS greenlights rigging of the election system by unscrupulous politicians. So much for America as "a shining city upon a hill"

The problem is that States aren't handling it! So what recourse do the people have when even the SCOTUS recuse themselves? The parties have entrenched themselves via gerrymandering and other methods to the point they make the state level change extremely difficult!

@ChuckGrassley comes out as pro-corruption. No surprise there... So the corrupt politicians, who abused their power to become more corrupt, are now supposed to be trusted to police themselves? Democracy is screwed.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
