The problem is that States aren't handling it! So what recourse do the people have when even the SCOTUS recuse themselves? The parties have entrenched themselves via gerrymandering and other methods to the point they make the state level change extremely difficult!

@ChuckGrassley comes out as pro-corruption. No surprise there... So the corrupt politicians, who abused their power to become more corrupt, are now supposed to be trusted to police themselves? Democracy is screwed.
