I remember 2013 better than you. In '13, the GOP used blue slips, knee-jerk filibusters, and other delaying tactics to preserve judicial vacancies. When you tried to keep top-notch judges off the DC Circuit, you forced Reid's hand on the rule, then cried foul. 1/2
