Someone should let Grandpa Chuckles know who the EPA chief reports to.

And it wasn't all that long ago that Uncle Chuckles was sending those 12-page form letters singing Pruitt's praises to all of his constituents who called him asking him to vote against Pruitt's confirmation. Uncle Chuckles seems to be having severe issues with memory impairment.
