You are right, EB-5 needs immediate reforms, interest groups damage the reputation of the USA, they only care about money, resulting in a 30-year visa backlog. We work hard, apply for immigration through legal procedures, are willing to accept any review. Pls don't let us despair

I agree! Also H-1B visas are abused as well. Indians get the vast majority of them and 80% of those visas go to low level technical jobs that there are plenty of qualified Americans for. Companies get cheaper more compliant labor they can abuse instead of hiring Americans.
