E15 will only make it harder for young, family farmers to start up in business since it will drive up the cost of land. Also hurts diversity of crops by encouraging more land to be diverted to corn.

Chuck, that rule sucks, 10% is plenty of ethanol in our gasoline. 15% will cause issues that are unforeseen and decreases gas mileage.
