What laws have they broken? They are not only allowed to legally ask for asylum at the border, they are required to do so, according to the United States Government. https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/refugees-asylum/asylum/faq/who-eligible-apply-asylum …

They are required to do so at the first country they enter after fleeing their country. They have chosen not to, so forfeit their right to asylum. These people are a paid for immigrant mob

So many lies.......there are not 7000+; they are people seeing asylum from a country of hell that was created by the U.S.; they are NOT ATTACKING national sovereignty (do you even know what the Constitution says?); there are no loopholes in the immigration statutes; 1/2

They were offered asylum in Mexico and refused. They do not get to choose which country they want asylum in. It must be in the first country they come to. At that point they are no longer asylum seekers they are economic migrants.

Then do it! Pass reasonable immigration policies. Restore DACA. Create a foreign worker program. Legitimize undocumented workers that are here and working in IA and the rest of the country. Stop exploiting/punishing people to further your xenophobic agenda!

Just because they showed up in our country does not give them an automatic claim to anything here. Not phobic about anything. Just believe in US sovereignty.
