Senator, if Judge Kavanaugh is 100% confident he did not do this, his best course of action is to ask the FBI to look into as part of his background check, and clear his name forever. Why is he resisting? Why are you?

That’s because Anita Hill was a federal employee at the time and the allegation was sexual harassment. Which fell under their jurisdiction.
