Who is paying for Sen. Kyl's lobbying (sherpa-ing) on behalf of Judge Kavanaugh? And how is it not a conflict of interest for him to be paid to lobby for Kavanaugh's nomination - and then vote on that same nomination? He's literally being paid to confirm the judge!
