  Better yet, Chuck, "Be sure to" preserve rather than repeal laws protecting wetlands upstream from Cedar Rapids from senseless draining practices, to reduce the risk that millions spent to "revitalize" Newbo after 2008 flooding can be saved the next time it rains a lot up north.
