Dear, Senator Grassley. Iv been researching if anyone has suggested a biometric tool as an added layer of safety. My idea: at the point of perchase, the buyer is required 2 submit 2 a thumb print that is stored in a memory chip. This would relegate the owner only 2 fire the gun.
