Feels like most people now think about Moore’s Law in terms of effective compute, not just transistor density. If so, Moore’s Law seems far from dead!

I thought transistor density was ditched as a measurement long ago because it hits theoretical limits. Changes to algorithm and architecture schemes is how we gain serious improvement. In the end, compute speed is what we care about (transistor density is just one way to improve)
