I desperately need variables scope to works as per ES specs, eg if not defined in current function scope will look up in upper scopes till window, this “optimization” to allocate variables only defined or used in the function body itself is inconvenient for devs

Indeed, this looks very convenient! Should we file bugs for built-in APIs that aren't autocompleting? e.g. `document.createElement(` works for me, but `navigator.clipboard.writeText(` doesn't.pic.twitter.com/HjlRp9ckZS
