Its nice to block url in @ChromeDevTools for dev purpose, would be nice to have a way to change the network speed per url/domain... Would really help in testing different sequence of http responses.. is their anything like this already?

There’s no high-level api for this yet, but it’s quite easy with pptr and raw devtools protocol
