I can't recommend anything that rounds up and provides inaccurate results.

Lighthouse uses aXe, and the Audits panel in DevTools uses Lighthouse. So I'd expect them to report the same value. --- Kayce

Ok i just realized I didn't look closely enough. Lighthouse does report an issue but it's tucked away. All I saw was "satisfactory" and decided, "nah, that ain't right." Might be ideal to have the color and ratio values right in the open so folks don't miss it.
