Have you ever started an infinite loop from the @ChromeDevTools console?
In the latest Chrome Canary, you can click pause, long-hold the resume button then click stop. This will terminate any ongoing JavaScript execution.

Good start team! What I really need is Reload to take effect IMMEDIATELY. I am running an app with HMR module that gets stuck in a loop for around 15-20 seconds until maximum stack size is reached, and browser Reload doesn't execute during this loop where JS doesn't yield.

To be clear - nothing works - selecting Hard Reload from reload icon dropdown, triggering from DevTools window, nothing.
