Not possible atm. This should not be hard to add though, but might require a small change to DevTools Protocol to avoid using DOM.NodeId from pptr.

Just thinking on this further rather than this round about way of getting the clientRect of a pseudo element basically what this tool needs is a snapshot of the render tree. Is that possible?
