is this devtools only or a feature for production too? and how is the story on the other browsers.. any enthusiasm there?
Tip: Run getEventListeners(element) in the Console to get an array of that element's event listeners. Passing $0 (like in the screenshot) returns the listeners for whatever element you've selected in the DOM Tree of the Elements panel.pic.twitter.com/LctKWaMRZ2

How is this different from using the Event Listeners tab to the right of Styles?

Good question. It's not really, just a different workflow. For instance, if you want to iterate through each listener and remove or change it, this workflow will be faster.
