        As long as the URL stays the same, I think that it'll keep serving the local file until you disable local overrides (haven't tested though) --- @kaycebasques

        If you edit the HTML that came over the network (via the Sources panel), it should. HTML edits in the DOM Tree (on the Elements panel) don't work.
