      It doesn't throttle by default. This is DevTools feature, useful for debugging for lower-end devices.

      I see, like the network throttling. I think they slowdown the JS execution, not a CPU low-level thing.

      I'm also wondering. Even with disabling the optimization it would be faster than a mobile device I guess. Maybe @bmeurer @fhinkel knows? 🙂

      It's relative to your computer's capabilities, hence the presets are "2x slowdown", "5x", etc.
