Why do you refer to the language as “Locale”? The Accept-Language header is a user preference and not necessarily tied to a locale. @mathias

We follow the terminology of the web platform with e.g. Intl.Locale: “locale” means “BCP47 locale identifier”. Such identifiers can contain information about the preferred language as well as other preferences (such as hour format, calendar system, etc.).

It works really well. Find the latitude and longitude of the location you are SEOing for and as if by magic, all your local search results are for that area. We've been using it to SEO a website over 300 miles away from us.

Awesome. Just delivered when I needed it. I see timezone ID, Does it know about or can handle zone offset as well? E.g. Standard Time vs daylight time?
