It seems page content is included only for last page, and dropped for older pages. If DevTools could: - Support HAR output for multiple pages when preserve log is on (though would be be harder due to size restrictions and its json)

- Even better, support WARC export in addition to HAR. WARC is an ISO standard used by
@internetarchive , wget and others for web archiving. Yes, I know extensions are possible, but DevTools supporting WARC natively would be huge for the web archiving field!
